Registered Migration Agent, Adelaide (Partnership Pathway)
Ready to build a practice, not just a caseload?
Many experienced registered migration agents reach the same point. The work is steady, but the future is not. You manage files, bring in clients and build relationships, yet the business you are growing belongs to someone else.
Studynash is offering something different. You get a well-supported role now, and a genuine pathway to partnership in the Adelaide practice for the right person.
About Studynash
Studynash is a MARA-registered migration consultancy with offices in Adelaide, Canberra and Melbourne. We advise individuals, families and employers across Australia. We have a strong client base in the Indian-Australian community and a growing pipeline of employer and referral partner work.
Our Adelaide office is established. It has an on-ground coordinator, an active client pipeline and steady inbound enquiries. What it needs now is a dedicated registered migration agent to lead it.
About the role
You will be the lead migration professional in Adelaide. You will work closely with our Lead RMA in Canberra and with the founders. You will own matters from first consultation through to decision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting paid consultations and assessing clients' migration options
- Managing a varied caseload across employer-sponsored (482, 186, 494), skilled (189, 190, 491), partner, family and visitor visas
- Preparing skills assessments, nominations, visa applications and submissions
- Advising employers on sponsorship obligations and compliance
- Building relationships with South Australian employers, community organisations and referral partners
- Working with the Adelaide coordinator to keep files, deadlines and client communication on track
- Helping to shape how the Adelaide office grows
What we are looking for
- Current registration as an Australian registered migration agent
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience (preferred)
- Solid experience in employer-sponsored and skilled migration, including South Australian state nomination pathways
- Confidence leading client consultations and converting enquiries into engagements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An organised, compliance-first approach to file management
- An interest in business ownership and growing a regional practice
- Experience with Migration Manager or similar software (an advantage)
- Hindi or Gujarati (an advantage, not essential)
The partnership opportunity
For the right candidate, this role is designed to grow into a partnership in the Adelaide practice. We will discuss the details openly at interview.
What we offer
- Leadership of an established office with existing clients and admin support
- A clear pathway to partnership and equity
- Direct access to the founders and a multi-office team
- Marketing, referral and lead generation support behind you
- Flexibility and autonomy in how you run your practice
How to apply
Send your CV and a short cover note to devarshi@studynash.co. Tell us about your migration experience, the visa areas you work in, and what interests you about the partnership pathway. All enquiries are treated confidentially.
