Founded by Migrants, For Migrants.
Studynash started in 2022 because Devarshi Desai and Kunal Sitlani had both been through the Australian migration system and knew it could be better. They had seen agents who processed paperwork without explaining anything. They had seen students make expensive course decisions based on bad advice. They decided to build something different.
The idea was simple: be honest, be available, and know the law inside out. That means telling a client when their case is weak, not just when it is strong. It means answering the phone when someone is worried about a deadline. It means staying current with every policy change the Department of Home Affairs makes.
Today, Studynash operates from offices in Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide with a team of MARA-registered agents and migration coordinators. We have helped over 1,000 clients from more than 30 countries. Every case still gets personal attention because that is the whole point.

Why MARA Registration Matters
MARA stands for the Migration Agents Registration Authority. It is the government body that regulates who can give immigration advice in Australia. If someone gives you migration advice and they are not MARA registered, they are breaking the law.
A MARA-registered agent is legally accountable for the advice they give. If something goes wrong, you have a formal complaints process. The agent can be investigated, fined, or deregistered. This protects you.
Our registration number is MARN 2418523 (Kunal Sitlani). You can verify this on the MARA website at mara.gov.au.
What We Stand For
Honesty Over Sales
We tell you what we actually think about your case. If your chances are low, we say so. We would rather lose a client than take their money for a case we do not believe in.
Personal Attention
Every client works directly with a registered agent. Not a receptionist. Not a junior coordinator who relays messages. The person giving you advice is the person qualified to give it.
Migrant Empathy
We know what it feels like to wait for a visa decision. We know the stress of unclear timelines. We treat every client the way we wanted to be treated when we were going through it ourselves.
